These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website www.molosoc.com and the purchase of products offered under the brand MOLOSOC (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

MOLOSOC offers personal care products intended for cosmetic and comfort use.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. Minor variations may occur and do not constitute a defect.

Products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

3. Orders

  • Orders are placed via the website

  • By submitting an order, you confirm that all provided information is accurate

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected misuse

Order confirmation is sent by email after successful payment.

4. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are listed in EUR / CZK

  • Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise

  • Payment is processed securely through third-party payment providers

  • We do not store payment card details

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with EU law, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

Conditions:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Hygiene products cannot be returned if unsealed for health and safety reasons

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.

7. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods

  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law

8. Complaints and Defective Goods

If you receive damaged or defective goods, please contact us immediately with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photo documentation

We will resolve complaints in accordance with Czech consumer protection laws.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (texts, images, logos, branding) is the property of MOLOSOC and may not be used without prior written consent.

10. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Improper use of products

  • Allergic reactions or individual sensitivities

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Customers are responsible for reading product instructions and warnings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.

Consumers may also use Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI).

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website.
