This Refund & Return Policy explains your right to return products purchased from MOLOSOC and how refunds are handled.
Your Right to Return (EU Consumers)
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
Conditions for Return
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, products cannot be returned once their protective seal or packaging has been opened.
How to Start a Return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at hello@molosoc.com with your order number before sending anything back. We’ll confirm the return address and next steps.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the conditions above, your refund will be processed within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible at hello@molosoc.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos showing the damage or defect
We’ll resolve this in accordance with applicable Czech consumer protection law — typically with a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping in these cases.
